Returns, replacements, and exchanges are subject to the applicable FRANCO Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

Customers should notify FRANCO.COM.BD promptly if they receive

• A damaged Product;

• A defective Product;

• An incorrect Product; or

• A Product materially different from the confirmed order.

Eligibility may depend on:

The condition of the Product;

• Reason for return;

• Time elapsed since delivery;

• Original packaging;

• Accessories;

• Warranty card;

• Invoice; and

• Supporting evidence.

Products damaged due to Customer misuse, improper installation, mishandling, or unauthorized modification may not qualify for replacement or refund
